Autism Awareness Resources

Detective Jacob Deschamps has created several resources to assist our residents with autism and other complex needs, and to assist emergency responders in helping them. Resources are available below. Detective Deschamps can be contacted at jdeschamps@rutlandpd.us or 508-886-4106 x280

One of these resources is the Safe Return Program: Rutland PD will use the  Safe Return Form to help identify, locate, and protect those with Autism, Dementia, Behavioral Issues and other Complex Needs. The application and photo will be kept on file at the Rutland Police Department and used in case of an emergency. Complete the linked form below to participate in the Safe Return Program.
