Rutland PD is proud to provide a car seat installation service for our residents. If you need help installing a car seat, or if you would like to have one checked to make sure it is installed correctly, please email Officer Brian Fleury at bfleury@rutlandpd.us. Officer Fleury is certified by Safe Kids Worldwide as a Child Passenger Safety Technician.
