R.A.D. Program

The Rutland Police Department is pleased to offer the RAD Systems self defense class for women. This course has its foundations in education and awareness. The course includes lecture, discussion and self-defense techniques suitable for women of all ages and abilities. The course is usually about 12-16 hours in length, spread over several evenings.
